I hope all of you northerners are keeping warm, and enjoying some pumpkin flavored hot treats this week while the summer completely betrays us.
Anyone whose been keeping up with my blog posts knows that I've done lots of makeovers in my newlywed friends' home, including their kitchen. There were a few projects still sitting in their basement and I had a little time today so I got down in the frozen dungeon and finished them. You'll have to check in with me tomorrow on Facebook and Instragram to see the Thomasville buffet makeover I did.
Kelly bought a cedar chest by Lane about the same time that I bought a cedar chest by Lane. My plan was to refinish the one I purchased (only $20) for a little girl to hold her plushies and blankets, and that worked out perfectly because it was in rough shape. The one Kelly bought was in perfect condition and her plan was to use it at the foot of her bed for extra linen storage.
